Repair Request Process

Elite Home Solutions has implemented a request tracking system to streamline maintenance requests and track repairs at The Villas at Puali. This system helps ensure that repair needs are documented and addressed efficiently.

Important Notes:

  • The HOA must review and approve all repair requests before any work is scheduled.
  • Elite Home Solutions is a third-party contractor. We do not make decisions regarding approvals or HOA policies—we only track requests and complete approved repairs.
  • Urgent repair requests should be emailed to Amy Campbell (Hawaiiana Management) for review.

How to Submit a Repair Request

Once submitted, the HOA will review the request. If approved, Elite Home Solutions will be scheduled to complete the work.


Who Handles What?

The HOA is responsible for approving repairs and setting policy guidelines. The board will review a request before work is scheduled if it requires approval.

  1. Submit a Request: Use the form to log the issue so it can be documented.
  2. HOA Review & Approval: The HOA evaluates and approves requests before work begins.
  3. Scheduling & Repairs: Elite Home Solutions will schedule and complete the work once approved.

Understanding Our Role

Elite Home Solutions is an independent contractor hired to complete approved repair work—we are not part of the HOA and do not have decision-making authority regarding repairs, policies, or approvals.

This tracking system is in place to help document requests, improve efficiency, and ensure repairs are completed in an organized manner. However, all repair approvals and final decisions rest solely with the HOA.
